Enrolment and Orientation

 

At Abbotsford Community Centre we have casual and permanent placements for before and aftercare, or you may elect to enrol your child solely for vacation care.

 

For new enrolments we require the following documentation:

- Enrolment form

- Association of Membership form

- Confirmation of Childcare Agreement form

- Immunisation records

​

If applicable the following medical documentation is also required:

​

- Anaphylaxis Action Plan

- Allergic Reaction Action Plan

- Asthma Record

Re-Enrolment

​

For re-enrolments, packages are e-mailed to all families in the first week of term 4.  This package includes log in details for the new QikKids family lounge.  All siblings can be added to the re-enrolment.
